An implant-retained overdenture is a removable dental prosthesis that is supported by the residual oral tissues and employs dental implants for retention. Implant-retained overdentures are a treatment alternative for many patients for whom conventional dentures are poorly tolerated.

Advantages of Basal Cortical implants – prosthesis is fixed within 72 hrs. of implant surgery saving  time and costs  considerably. 

Zygomatic implants is an alternative for the rehabilitation of the atrophic posterior maxilla with both the classical two stage and immediate loading protocols. Zygomatic implants avoid grafting and sinus lift procedures and therefore contribute to a shorter and more comfortable treatment. Further indications include failed conventional implant placement, failed sinus augmentation or grafting procedures, rehabilitation after tumor and trauma resections.

Posterior atrophic maxilla with pneumatized sinus often challenges dental implant surgery. Sinus lift surgery can help correct this problem by raising the sinus floor and developing bone for the placement of dental implants.

Ridge split is performed when the jaw is not wide enough to support implants. The bony ridge of the jaw is increased by splitting the bone with surgical instruments. Bone graft material is inserted and allowed to heal before placing the implant. In some cases, the implant is placed when the ridge is split.

Bone grafting is a technique that is required when a patient does not have a sufficient amount of healthy natural bones in his or her mouth that are capable of supporting the dental implants. By transplanting healthy bone tissue we can recreate bone and supporting tissues that are missing.
